Our club has an awesome Social Committee and they do a great job with organizing our social events.
We also offer tournaments and skill developing clinics throughout the season for our members.

No matter what your skill level, everyone is welcome to join us at our first social event of the season to play pickleball and socialize with other members. No registration is required. Just show up and play.
Bring your own beverage to the event.
The Merchandise Committee will be taking club shirt & hat orders and will have sample shirts and sizes to try on. Pay for your items with your credit card, cash or check.

Season Opening BBQ - Saturday, November 15, 2025
All members are invited to our season opening social event.
The Social Committee will be serving up some burgers and side dishes. If you would like a veggie burger, please mention it in the "Comments" on the SUG sign-up. There will be a charge of $10 per person for the food, please click here to pay for attending the event if you want to use your credit card. Otherwise, if paying with cash or check please place your payment in an envelope and indicate your name and lot# on the envelope. Drop off the envelope at lot #290. Thank you.
If you plan to attend & eat we ask you to sign-up on SUG and pay before Thursday, November 13 to accommodate purchasing of food.
If you signed up and paid but can't make it, a meal will be made available for you to picked up.

Christmas Celebration Dinner - Saturday, December 13, 2025
When: Saturday, December 13th
Where: in the ballroom at the Center
Time: Social begins at 4:30pm and dinner at approximately 5pm
Bring: Bring your own beverage and money!
Food: A delicious dinner and dessert will be provided for a $10 per person, please click here to pay for attending the event if you want to use your credit card. Otherwise, if paying with cash or check please place your payment in an envelope and indicate your name and lot# on the envelope. Drop off the envelope at lot #290. Thank you.
Attire: Get in the Christmas mood and wear your favorite Christmas costume, hat, socks, etc.
Money: Bring cash for the 50/50 draw and half the proceeds will go to the kids at Sunshine Acres.
Sign-Up: Please sign-up before Wednesday, December 10th to accommodate for ordering and purchasing of the food.

Round Robin Workshops - January
Round Robin Workshops: we are planning five workshops for each skill level, twice a month in January and February and once in March during the round robins. The group of coaches will lead a 45–60-minute workshop at the beginning of the identified round robin sessions, with attendees learning/practicing 1 or 2 specific skills. If you don’t want to participate in the workshop at the beginning of your round robin, you show up after and join the workshop participants and play your games for the remaining time. Coaches may stay for a bit longer after the workshop to help mentor the participants/players.

Pickleball Paddle Demo Event - January 17, 2026
The Club has arranged for Tennis & Pickleball Cabana to visit our courts on January 17, 2026.
There will be several paddles to try and representatives to answer your questions.
They are also providing a club discount of 10% to our members who purchase either on line or at their store. The discount code is “SILVERIDGE” and its for www.pickleballcabana.com
If you are interested, they also offer a "Try Before You Buy" paddle demo program.
Starts at 1:00pm and will end at approximately 3:00pm
Fellow Pickleball Players - COURTS CLOSED - Sunday, January 18, 2026
The pickleball courts will be closed on Sunday, January 18 and March 8, 2026 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm while the SR Band performs on the grass next to the gazebo during the "On the Green" event.

Sunshine Acres Children Play - Saturday, January 24, 2026
The Silveridge Pickleball Club will be hosting an event for the children at Sunshine Acres on Saturday 24, 2026.
We be using all 8 courts in the afternoon to have a clinic and play some games with the participants.
The event will be for approximately 90 minutes in length. Exact times will be posted at a later date.

The Renter’s Association has provided financial funding to your Club on numerous occasions. We have purchased several items with those funds. Therefore, we ask our pickleball players (and spouse/significant other) to support the bingo fund and the Renter’s Association by playing bingo on February 18, 2026
- Doors open at 4:30pm
- Arrive early if you plan to eat
- Dinner is available on a first come, first served basis
- Bingo begins promptly at 6:00pm
