Ball Machine Coaches

Our ball machine coordinators set up and operate the ball machines for members to practice during designated days and times. CMARS (Inter-Park Play) Game Host

Court & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator and Volunteers
The coordinator facilitates all aspects of pickleball court maintenance, and inspection of all pickleball related equipment for the club. Court & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator Job Description
Volunteers: This group of dedicated individuals works under the direction of the coordinator to keep the courts clean and safe. They arrive at the courts early in the morning to make sure we can play as soon as we step on the courts. Merchandise Coordinator and Volunteers
The merchandise coordinator is responsible for overseeing the club's merchandise appeal and non-appeal items. The role manages the planning, ordering, selling distribution, and promotion of merchandise. Merchandise Coordinator Job Description
Volunteers: Under the direction of the coordinator, the group of volunteers works at the clubs social events to set up merchandise, fill orders and sell club merchandise. Player Development Committee
The Player Development Committee develops plans and activities for player skill and developmental opportunities, and establishes curriculum for workshops. They also recruit and organize coaches to deliver the developmental activities.
Our group of coaches are highly skilled Silveridge Pickleball Club players who volunteer their time for the betterment of the members.

Round Robin Captains
Captains organize and monitor play during round robin sessions. Responsibilities include watching for court safety issues, ensuring that proper etiquette is being followed, answering participant’s questions, and in general, be an ambassador for Silveridge Pickleball. Skills & Development Coaches for New Players & Group 2.0
This group of dedicated individuals will deliver an established skills and development curriculum to new players, confirming rules of play and court positioning. They will also assist in evaluating the 2.0 players skills, physical abilities and general knowledge of the game to determine if players advance to the 2.5 group.
Time commitment is approx. 60-90 minutes per session. If you would like to volunteer as a coach, contact the Jack Hall to discuss which session(s) fit your schedule.

Social Committee and Volunteers
The Social Committee is a group of leaders who promote social engagement with well organized events and activities to foster camaraderie and build relationships among our members. The committee plans and organizes the fun social activities for our club. Social Committee Job Description.

Tournament Volunteers
Tournament just don't happen. We have a group of members who assist with the organization of tournaments: recording wins, operating the time clocks, making announcements, etc. Visit the SUG sign-up to register for a time that fits your busy schedule.

Web Coordinator
The web coordinator edits the content on the club's website ensuring the information is professional looking and easy to understand. What They Do
To gain a better understanding of what each Executive Committee member is responsible for, the job descriptions below will explain the roles in more detail.
Communications Officer Job Description
The Executive Committee usually meets on a monthly basis. They are the management of the club and are responsible to the entire membership to uphold bylaws.
The Executive Committee is responsible for:
- ensuring the club is financially solvent
- proposing changes in annual dues to the membership
- issuing Guidelines & Rules for the club's activities when there are concerns or other requirements not covered in the bylaws or current guidelines and rules
- propose to Silveridge management or use club funds to maintain and upgrade the club's facilities
- appoint special committees as needed
- presenting a nomination for each officer vacancy or reelection to the membership at least 21 days prior to the annual general meeting
- overall management of the day-to-day activities of the club
