Membership & Perks

The Silveridge Pickleball Club welcomes everyone to join in on the fun!

Membership: All Silveridge residents (owners & renters) and their guests are welcome to join. New members may play once for free during club time; additional visits require a paid membership.

Annual Season: November 1 to March 31 (approx.)

Membership offers you:

• Fun pickleball play with fellow members
• Skill-level scheduled play and Club All Play times
• Access to the pickleball ball machine to strengthen your skills
• Social events and tournament play at your skill level
• Free workshops
• A vote at the annual general meeting

Annual Club Dues

Short Term Membership: $15 if less than 30 consecutive days beginning on the first day of play.

Regular Membership: $25 for more than 30 days, including repeat visits (repeat visits example: visiting for 1 week in November and returns for another visit in February and plays pickleball both times)

How to join: Complete the online membership form. The second (and final step) when completing your online membership form is your payment option. Pay with your credit card (link to Square is provided) or put your cash or check (check payable to Silveridge Pickleball Club) and a note indicating your name & lot # in an envelope, address the envelope to "Silveridge Pickleball Club Box #692 and drop it into the "In Park Mail" mail slot.

If paying by debit or credit card: You must return to the membership form AFTER on-line payment is complete and click the “submit” button at the bottom of the form in order to submit your membership form.

Once your membership is completed and payment is received, a "Welcome to the Club" email will be sent to you with further instructions and information and access to SignUpGenius(SUG) for sign-ups will be granted.

Participant Agreement:

As part of the membership form, you will be agreeing to understanding that participation in Silveridge Pickleball Club activities is voluntary and that, as a member, you share responsibility for maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all participants.

By signing the membership form, you agree to:

Abide by Club Bylaws and Policies

• Read, understand, and comply with all Silveridge Pickleball Club bylaws, policies, guidelines, rules, and procedures, including any updates approved by the Executive Committee (EC).

Demonstrate Proper Court Etiquette

• Treat all players, volunteers, and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Display good sportsmanship at all times, regardless of skill level or game outcome.
• Follow established player rotation and court-use procedures.
• Use respectful language and avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Help foster an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Follow Safety Guidelines

• Play in a safe and responsible manner and exercise reasonable care to avoid injury to myself and others.
• Wear appropriate footwear, eye protection and attire for pickleball activities.
• Follow all rules and directions from the EC, Round Robin Captains (RRC), Court Hosts, and Club organizers regarding court safety and play.
• Promptly report unsafe conditions, injuries, or incidents to a RRC or EC.

Accept Personal Responsibility

• Recognize that participation in pickleball involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
• Participate only when physically able and assume responsibility for my own health and well-being while participating in Club activities.

You understand that failure to comply with this agreement, the Club bylaws, rules, guidelines may result in corrective action, including suspension or revocation of my membership, as determined by the Silveridge Pickleball Club Executive Committee.
