I am attaching two files below.
One is an invitation to our General meeting being held Sat. Mar. 9th. Pay particular attention to the time restrictions for agenda changes and nomination deadlines.
The second attachment is proposed changes to our current set of bylaws which will be voted on at the meeting. The additions and changes are in red. This will also be a good opportunity for you to have a copy of our bylaws for future reference. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
I have sent out a notice of our support for Bingo next Wednesday Feb.27th. I would like a reply if you can make the Bingo and if you are going to have supper or not. I will have the signup sheet at all play on Sat.
DON’T FORGET our All Play / Fun Day tomorrow from 1:00 – 3:00. This is a club event for all levels. Bring a snack if you wish and your own beverages. I am promising no rain, warmer weather and possibly even some sunshine.
