Annual General Meeting - begins at 5:00 PM on the lawn north of the theater and adjacent to the pickleball gazebo. Bring your lawn chair or a blanket. All members are invited and encouraged to attend.

Any changes to the above agenda must be communicated to the President by Saturday, February 27th, 2021. This year’s Nominating Committee has proposed the following slate of officers for next season:

- 2nd Vice-President: Barry Halpenny

- Treasurer: Jim Barker
- Communications Officer: Donna Stensrud
Anyone who is a dues paying member of our club and an owner or renter in Silveridge is eligible to serve on the Executive Committee. If you would like to nominate someone or place your own name on the ballot for one of the foregoing positions, you must notify a member of the Nominating Committee (MaryAnn Jordan Lot # 426 or Jim Barker Lot # 53) by Saturday, February 27th, 2021, one week prior to the Annual General Meeting.
